Rules
1) there will be 8 Captains who all own a team of there choice and have
a starting budget of £40'000'000 - for example im being sheffield
wednesday, any team in the world is allowed
2) when players join they have to pick a footballers name
3) players start off with a value of £10'000'000 and this will
change by £1'000'000 for each frame they win or lose, there will be an
updated transfer market
4) captains can buy and sell players at any time, but there is a transfer ban of 2 fixtures when a player is first signed
5) you cannot reject a transfer bid, and the transfer is immediate
6) at the end of the season captains receive prize money based on
there place in the league, and the bottom two are relegated out of the
league to make way for 2 new captains to join with a starting budget the
same as the value of the team who finished 5th the season before
1st place: 25 million
2nd place: 18 million
3rd place: 14 million
4th place: 10 million
5th place: 8 million
6th place: 6 million
7th place: 5 million
8th place: 4 million
7) there will be a cup where additional money is up for grabs
win quarter final: 2 million
win semi final: 5 million
winner: 10 million
8) 5 players on each team, including the captain
9) league games will be 1 of 8us, 1 of 9us , 1 of 8uk, 5 v 5
cup game will be 3 of 8us, 4 of 9us and 2 of 8uk, each player in a team can play 2 frames only: captains select game types to be played for each player: options:

10) new captains will have to play off for the 2 new spots each season
11) deadline for games will be 1 week
12) if a player leaves you will receive the value of that player to buy a replacement
13) 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss
14) games decided on total frame score of each team
15) Captains can have no more than 5 players, games are 5v5
16) defaults will count as a 0-0 unless there has been clearly more effort form one of the players
17) to start there will be a 8 man game of killer to decide the picking order, 1 pick each until all the teams are full. captains sign players, players dont ask to be signed. there is a 2 fixture ban after a player has been signed
